We have an excellent opportunity for someone to take up the position of LEED AP with our Building Services Design Team working from our DUBAI office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.......
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a number of exciting projects through the certification process to an anticipated rating level in the framework of USGBC LEED for New Construction Rating System. Acting as LEED AP and Project Manager on assigned LEED Facilitation projects, you will be required to represent our International company at a Senior level in client and team coordination meetings.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU.......
LEED AP QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION IS ESSENTIAL
A minimum of 8 years relevant experience within building services
Degree Qualified and have achieved the professional qualification
Extensive experience in the field of mechanical design and managing projects varying in size and sector
Demonstrable experience of having acted as the LEED AP on certified projects
Experience in the LEED rating/certification for new constructionprojects - additional knowledge of the CI/CS/EB rating systems would also be an advantage but is not essential
Ability to establish and maintain successful client relationships at Senior level
Demonstrable experience of having worked under pressure and to meet deadlines
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills and communication skills
Accomplished people management skills, a team leader and strategic thinker
