This high profile FTSE Top 100 group have developed a significant market presence in the UK. The group operates with a number of brands and products/services and are now looking to develop their marketing capability with this key appointment.Working cross functionally and reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Communications, you will establish and develop relationships across all customer contact points and product strategy teams.
As a brand guardian you will ensure continuity of message and also of image. Working across all distribution channels you will work closely with ecommerce and direct marketing ensuring marketing drives the product delivery.
You will develop and successfully implement product strategies, through all available channels, to achieve planned levels of acquisition, growth and retention and development within the Group and partner brands.
You will be responsible for the formulation of, and adherence to the business wide product launch process.
Be responsible for leading an established services team, focused on the consistent delivery of a portfolio of products to meet business requirements whilst maximising market opportunity.The ideal candidate will have a thorough and detailed understanding of marketing communications strategy within a retail, financial or telecommunications environment.
Ability to think laterally and devise something different in a traditional marketplace.
Have impact and influence across all levels of the business and be able to quickly identify key stakeholders.
Ability to create new and innovative solutions with the assistance of Product Specialists.
