Major Account Executive (Experienced) Retail Fashion Industry
£25,000-£30,000 + Bonus

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to join a highly respected player in the high end textile and garments industry based in the West End.
The role will involve managing and developing key accounts in the company and you will be reporting directly to the Sales Director/Sales Manager.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
•Costing/Margin control – overviewed by Sales Manager
•Order placement (according to agreed internal process and achievable critical path)
•Request and monitor regular review of order status with the relevant team (Merchandise/Technical/Fabric)
•Report any concerns regarding orders to the Sales Manager
•When required, involvement in development of product in conjunction with the Design team to ensure requested developments are delivered on time to achieve buying schedule
•Ensure the budget allocated to the product development of the customer is not over spent
•Ensure good customer service is provided to customers (Quality/Price/Delivery)
•Monthly re-forecast for each customer/report any reasons for unachieved forecast to Sales Manager
•Preparation of initial yearly budget for each customer
•Ensure year budgeted figure for each customer is achieved/report any concerns to the Sales Manager
•Deliver monthly customer reports to the Sales Manager
•Build good working relationships with key retailers
•Develop business from new and existing customers
The role will involve dealing with well known high street retailers and will require candidates to demonstrate success in a commercial sales role (not retail sales) from within the fashion contract business. The successful candidate must have at least 1 years experience in a similar role and good communication skills.You will be a confident, motivated, achiever and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard.
