Recent growth in the noise and vibration team of this highly esteemed consultancy has led to an opportunity in the Stockport office. This is the ideal opportunity for an individual with some experience in the field. To be considered for the position you must be educated to MSc level and have extensive knowledge in the field of noise and vibration. Being a member of the institute of acoustics would also be advantageous.

Qualification - Degree/MSc Noise and Pollution Control/Sound and Audio Technology/Engineering/Acoustics
Location - Stockport
Experience - Minimum of a years experience in a UK based consultancy, full clean UK driving license
Salary - £20,000 to £26,000
Company - Multidisciplinary Consultancy with International Success
Staff - 2500 +
Duties include:
- Carry out noise monitoring for various projects throughout the UK
- Analyse the data collected using computational models
- Provide summaries and produce written reports documenting the findings of studies
- Assist in the coordination of noise assessments
- Help write the noise input of environmental statements
- Liaise with clients to ensure good working relationships are maintained
- Make sure all work carried out, complies with UK / EU legislation
