Our client is looking for a Customer Account Manager. This position will involve all aspects of the collections process, from maintaining customer’s accounts and ensuring they are up to date through to investigation of customer’s circumstances to tracing and locating customers who have moved. To be successful in this role requires hard work, commitment, tenacity, determination and above all a ‘can do attitude’ to succeed.
As part of the role you will also visit your customers at home to go through detailed income and expenditure reports with them, looking at the root cause of their problems and looking at ways to bring their account up to date.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with customers in a telephone and face to face environment be used to working to targets and thrive under pressure. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to think on your feet are also essential.
