Senior Residential Block Manager - Manchester

Our client is a niche practice covering a wide variety of property disciplines. They have a very successful residential block management department who manage a portfolio of residential developments throughout the Greater Manchester area, due to growth in this part of the business they now require a Senior Property Manager to oversee a small team of Property Managers with overall responsibility for the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:-

* Overall responsibility for the company's residential block portfolio
* Managing a small team of Property Managers ensuring the effective management of their portfolios
* Arranging and carrying out site visits with the Property Managers
* Overseeing service charge budgets
* Developing the staff ensuring they are motivated and knowledgeable on latest legislation
* Attending AGM's
* Carrying out Section 20's
* Working with the property managers in liaising with residents, contractors and suppliers
* Ensuring the best possible service to clients
