Sagar Wright Search & Selection is a highly successful, National specialist Headhunting consultancy, dealing with salaries up to £200,000 within Organisations-many turning over £Billions. We work covertly at the request of our Clients, within the professionals sector across the UK and Ireland.
Due to continued expansion, we have relocated to our stunning new premises encompassing 1500 square feet, away from the stress and traffic pressure of the City Centre and overlooking the Aire Valley.
We are looking to recruit 2 dynamic, professionals to maintain our excellent service to our National & International business partners.
The successful applicant will be a strong team player and possess excellent communication skills, drive, enthusiasm, and a positive personality. Your main function will be to work alongside a Senior Recruitment / Search Consultant within the firm offering your range of talents to our Prestigious Client Base that are made up of Global Consultancies and Premier Financial Institutions.
You will be tenacious and courageous, possessing polish and personal impact. You will be keen to massively develop as an individual, fully able to accept constructive criticism in the process and able to work creatively and resourcefully.
Your day to day activities will involve personally engaging in head-hunting, company mapping, in-depth research, candidate-pitching, interview arranging and using clever networking streams to identify your prize assets for your Clients - people who are extremely good at what they do !
You will be able to converse with professional people confidently, be self-motivated, hard-working and determined to succeed - a winner! Someone who enjoys competing and strives to come out on top everytime! We are not interested in average people, only the best will receive a job offer at Sagar Wright Search & Selection.
This is not a job for the faint-hearted requiring a level of commitment above and beyond most others, however the potential future rewards are certainly worth the effort - the opportunity to become a consultant in the future will be encouraged where upon appointment, earnings of between £32k to £42k in the first year will be achievable.
Our top achiever this year will realise earnings of £90,000+. Our last trainee earned £31k in their first year and is on target to achieve £45k in their second year.
This is not a mentally monotonous, cold-calling high street recruitment consultant position dealing at c£2000 recruitment fee per placement, but a true consultant position whereby virtually all of our business is given to us by our clients - what we have to do is find them the quality people they desire in order that they can add value to their companies.
In the last 12 months, one of our Clients has paid us £137,000 in recruitment fees for just 3 people - this indicates the quality of work we do and the measure of our unmatched expertise in our markets.
As a privately owned, venture capital free and cash rich firm, our Directors and Managers continue to, and will always, generate fee income personally. This means that we do not need to earn a living from our consultants and are able to maximise 100% reinvestment of all profits back into our business and importantly, our consultants’ earnings and management aspirations.
As you will be dealing with new and different people every day, this really IS an exciting, challenging job. You will be working within a team of successful, lively individuals who are definitely not boring and who enjoy consulting within a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
