Due to new business wins from a major competitor, they currently require experienced Pensions Administrators at varying levels of their careers, from 18 months experience upwards, to service the business effectively and professionally.
The client has retained my services exclusively as they only want to interview quality people who aside from being good technically with Final Salary / Money Purchase / Hybrid occupational pension schemes, they also enjoy good communication skills and are positive team players.
A Pension Administrator with either Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution experience, ideally you will be QPA / PMI qualified or working towards and are not getting what you deserve from your current firm.
In return, the successful applicants can expect an industry top quartile salary, depending on experience with excellent benefits, including full exam sponsorship and support, combined with real management / technical promotion prospects for the future.
