Associate Director - Residential Block Management - South West London

We are now looking for an experienced and technically astute Associate Director to work for our client based in South West London.

This is a new role responding to their continued growth and strategy for the future. They are looking to appoint a Senior individual to their team to join as an Associate Director. This is an involved and challenging role, your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing a team of Property Managers and Assistants
* Motivating and leading a team and getting involved in recruitment of new team members
* Managing a small portfolio of prestigious developments
* Being responsible for the overall running of the department
* Looking at ways of improving the business and establishing new ideas for growth of the team
* Ensuring service levels being offered are at the highest levels
* Contact with clients to ensure effective management
* Ensuring any new legislation is passed down to the team

We are looking for a hard working and self motivated Associate Director who has had a minimum of 7 years experience in Block Management and who also has experience of managing Central London blocks of flats.
