An experienced Waste Procurement PFI Accountant is required by a local council based north of London to assist with the implementation and financial modelling aspect of a 15-year waste PFI plan. The Waste Accountant should be knowledgeable in PFI and DEFRA frameworks, the project is based around the waste disposal contract which is of an extremely high priority.
