Job Title - Sign Maker/Vinyl Graphics Operator
Responsible to - Owner
Description - The position will include manufacture and installation of the widest
possible range of signs.
Periods of time will be spent designing signs on a computer (approx.
10% of time), manufacturing signs within the companies premises (approx.
50% of time) or fixing signs (approximately 40% of time).
Manufacture will require certain practical skills. Various materials
such as plywood, perspex, foamex, correx and vinyl will be used.
Fixing will be tobrickwork, cladding, timber or concrete.
Some projects will require team work and others working alone thus
the selected candidate must be able to work on own initiative with
enthusiasm. A willingness to be flexible is essential.
Full technical training will be given either within the working
environment in King's Lynn or at suppliers premises.
Remuneration's/Conditions
The position is salaried - payable monthly in arrears on the last day of
each month.
The basic hours of Work are 8.00 - 5.00. During quiet periods the
working day will finish early. During busy periods the day will be
extended as the job demands.
Salary is dependant upon experience, age and ability.
There will be a 3 month trial period.
Holidays - 24 days per year accrued during year 1.
Age Range - Preferably 23+ but any age will be considered.
