Assistant General Manager-Walton on Thames-New Restaurant Opening This independent restaurant group currently operate four restaurants and are looking for open a further two, one of which is due to open in Walton on Thames. The concept is a unique fusion of Asian and Italian cuisine and set within a stylish and contemporary environment. The restaurant will be sizable and it's important that the successful candidate is able to cope within a high volume situation. This is an excellent opportunity for a manager who would like to progress their career within a forward thinking, entrepreneurial company where there is a realistic chance to move up. Of course it's a chance to be fully involved in a new opening and helping to establish the brand within the local area. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has management experience within a full restaurant environment.
