• The provision of senior finance professionals in the mid to senior level finance market.
• Operating on a retained search, advertised selection and contingent basis across all major industry sectors and functional disciplines ranging from Commercial Finance Managers, Financial Controllers through to Financial Directors & CFOs.
  
  

• A background in finance or professional services recruitment would be desirable but not essential, but you will be a sales focused Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of achievement, as well as a proven expertise in managing a Recruitment sales team.
• Natural sales ability combined with the credibility and gravitas to influence senior decision makers and sell solutions to clients.
• Tenacious and results-driven with business development skills and a desire to deliver a professional and high quality service.
