Our clients coastal and rivers team is widely regarded to be one of the best in the world. You will be given the opportunity to work on a range of projects across Northern Scotland involving river and coastal management. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be given responsibility early on, being encouraged to develop your career as quickly as possible within the organisation.
Qualifications - An MEng in Civil Engineering. Alternatively an MSc in a river and coastal engineering discipline (e.g. Hydrology, Catchment Management or Flood Risk)
Experience - Some relevant experience within the construction or consultancy sectors is desirable, though not essential.
Salary - £22-25 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the production of surveys
- Report production
- Contributing towards construction schemes (related to river and coastal engineering)
- Numerical modelling and design
- Site inspections
- Preparation of statistics and tables
- Site surveying
- Designing coastal and river erosion and flooding solutions
- Drafting and checking drawings
- Client liaison
