My client is a leading player in the HR solutions and outsourcing industry.They are looking to take on an experienced recruitment consultant to manage the end to end recruitment process for a wide range of clients. To be successful in this role you will have the following expertise: - Design and co-ordinate assessment centres
- Liaise with agencies and other suppliers
- Manage client expectations
- Conduct competency based interviews
- Have a good working level of recruitment related employment law
- Review and screen applications
- Write job adverts
- Improve the overall service for our clients
- Psychometric testing
It is essential that you are a team player with excellent time management and decision making skills.You must also have worked as a recruitment specialist previously, either in an agency or in-house.
