Our client is a reputable and professional government funded organisation who provides a variety of training programmes and courses for young people and adults. They are based in Sheffield City Centre and are looking to expand their team, by recruiting an experienced Assessor.
The role of manager involves co-coordinating the Assessment team, employer, awarding bodies and contract holders throughout the training programme within the requirements of Ofsted and other auditors. Establish and maintain relationships with all clients. Setting SMART targets and reviewing them, using Performance Monitoring Reviews so that they are realistic and achievable. Produce statistical and management information for review the Operations Director. Be committed to continuous improvement – personal and organisational and increase the portfolio of the company by assisting in the marketing of all areas of the business. The ideal candidate must have A and V qualifications (or equivalent), basic training qualification, a management or supervisory qualification and a quality qualification.
Experience within a commercial, customer focused environment, have good people management and team leading skills, as well as previous experience of managing assessment delivery would be ideal.
