Responsibilities
• Responsible for the your own desk and the day-day sales/operation of your team
• Daily, weekly and monthly activity meetings – focussing on targets/achievements
• To be a hands on MC and lead from the front
• When needed, recruit and develop your team
Requirement
• Have a track record within Technical or Engineering recruitment
• Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Consultant with limited career prospects wanting to progress in to a Management/Leadership role
• A career minded individual who has leadership qualities
• Dedicated to lead by example
