Project Surveyor required for leading Office Interiors & Commercial Fit-Out Contractor that uniquely works with Construction Professionals providing integrated fit-out & refurbishment services for the commercial, government and industrial property sectors.Established since 1995 with a turnover of £21Million, we are the leading Interiors Company in the Midlands Area.
With a strategic location in the Midlands and Central London we are well placed to service our clients throughout the UK.We provide outstanding levels of customer service and provide a dedicated team offering a solution tailored to meet our clients complete property development and refurbishment requirements.Due to continued expansion and growth, we now seek to recruit a Project Surveyor for the Interiors Division.
Key Duties & Responsibilities included: -
To provide and assist in project support to the Contracts Manager and report and Divisional Head.
To prepare and assist in Interim and Final Valuations.
To identify and cost Variations, reporting any cost implications to Client.
To ensure that all Valuations are presented on time and for the correct amount.
To assist the Divisional Head in detailing the financial status of projects.
To measure and value Sub contract trades work in the preparation of payments.
To assist in the preparation of Contract Programmes.
To identify and highlight to Divisional Head any financial discrepancies.
To assist Estimating Department with Tender Enquiry’s.
To represent the Company at any meeting one may attend.
To assist Contracts Managers with the day-to-day Management of Projects.
To insure Profit and Loss Monitor is kept up to date.
To assist Contracts Manager and Buyer on procurement of Sub contractors and materials.
To undertake Surveys with the Client in order to prepare and provide to the Estimating Department a clear and concise schedule of works.
To provide input and assistance in monitoring and improving quality.
To be smart and presentable at all times to present a professional image of CPL Interiors Limited.
To accept any duties that may be necessary from time to time.
The Project Surveyor must have the ability to assist in final account, identify variations and cost implications to client. In additional they must have the ability to manage and oversee successful projects/contracts, working alongside the contracts manager in providing integrated fit-out & refurbishment services for the commercial, government and industrial property sectors.
