French Speaking Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities:
*To chase all overdue accounts on customer specific ledgers, achieve maximum cash collection in line with targets set by the Credit Manager (50%)
*Minimise overdues in line with targets set (5%)
*Reconcile customer specific accounts on a monthly basis (10%)
*Ensure that workflow procedure is adhered to and disputes kept up to date (5%)
*Ensure all administration activities are kept up to date (10%)
*Provide credit assessment recommendations based on reports from credit reference agencies
*Ensure monthly reports are completed within agreed timescales
*Maintain full working knowledge of Oracle AR systems
*Obtain & provide suitable financial information to enable Credit Manager to make credit assessment decisions
*Promote credit control as an active tool to assist sales
*Responsible in building strong relationships with dedicated accounts
*To perform any other duties within the scope and remit of the role
*To comply with Company policies and procedures
