A successful company which is continuing to expand its business across the UK, our client is seeking an Technical Services Manager to join their Engineering team.With the expertise to provide a range of Engineering Services from the provision of turnkey installations to consultancy and design work for new projects, this is a Company which can offer challenging responsibilities.
Overseeing the operational project requirements of the Engineering Services Team you will manage a number of key contracts developing engineering standards and driving the team towards high quality professional engineering services.
You will need:
·A strong background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, together with a relevant professional qualification.
·Project management experience with a good grasp of contracts and pricing structures.
·A demonstrable track record in providing motivation, mentorship and CPD to a team that includes experienced technical staff and developing engineers.
·Experience within pressure systems/fluids would be an advantage.
·The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with senior technical staff, both internally within the Group and with customers.
·Flexibility as there will be regular travel within the UK
