The Company
Established over 70 ago our client has experienced organic growth and are now one of Europe's largest packaging manufacturers, with 22 manufacturing sites across 7 different countries they employ over 7000 people and are growing from strength to strength. Due to the continued growth they are now looking to recruit a shift electrician to join their existing maintenance team
The Role
The role will include repair and maintenance work on factory machinery & services to maintain efficient operations of the plant
*Setting up and making electrical adjustments to factory equipment
*Identify and repair electrical faults with factory services and equipment to minimise down time
*Carrying out small installations and modification projects in order to maintain efficient electrical operations of factory equipment and services
*Comply with health and safety procedures in order to maintain a safe working environment
Hours & Days:
Working a double days shift rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have gained an electrical apprenticeship with experience of working within a manufacturing environment, motivation and customer focus are key attributes along with attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
