We are currently seeking a confident, experienced technical individual on behalf of a successful and customer dedicated food manufacturing business. As Process and Specification Technologist, the successful individual will be responsible for the new product viability, foreseeing any potential process issues at trial or production. Having contact with all departments within the business, this is a key communication role working closely with the NPD team and the retail customer, generating samples and being heavily involved in product specifications to approval stage. This role demands a professional team player that has confidence in their ability to communicate at all levels. With an accurate and methodical approach to tasks, this individual will work well under pressure.
