Recruitment Consultant - Transport

*Basic salary £17,000 - £22,000 based upon experience

*Performance related and uncapped commission scheme

Our client is a successful and friendly recruitment consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. Based in the city centre they are looking for a sales focused recruiter to work on their busy Transport desk. You will concentrate on placing temporary drivers within vacancies across the region. This will be a 360 degree role and will include advertising, interviewing, skills testing, daily temp management, referencing, client site visits, sales and marketing.

You will be

• Highly motivated and professional
• Enjoy new challenges and working to targets
• Have a flair for sales and excellent communication skills
• Have a proven track record in sales – ideally with recruitment experience
• Previous driving desk experience an advantage
• Full UK driving licence essential

Working within an established team they have a solid business mix of contracts an ad-hoc business and have a strong reputation in the market place.
