Our client, established over 12 years ago, provide a high quality service to clients and candidates. They deliver strategic project management, senior management, programme management and Technical ICT professionals within both Commercial and Public Sectors.

They are wishing to appoint a Divisional Manager to lead a team of Temps Consultants. The aim of the role is to manage and motivate a team as well as leading by example.You will be responsible for generation of new business, ongoing client servicing and achieving both activity and financial targets set for the team

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
You will have proven management experience within a recruitment environment, ideally within this sector and be looking to develop and stretch your career.Ongoing management support and training is also offered as part of the role
