Four Winds Care Home is a residential home for older people in Ramsgate. You should be an Deputy Care Home Manager, with NVQ Level 3 in Care essential and/or working towards your RMA/NVQ4. You will have a caring and friendly attitude and be sympathetic to the needs of our residents. You should be able to supervise other care staff on a daily basis. Successful appointment is subject to satisfatory CRB & POVA check, to be carried out by the employer.
