| Description: |
Candidates will be required to manage a small team of approx 20 production staff within a high volume, fast paced manufacturing company. Candidates will have responsibility for efficiency, kpi's, work allocation, and team output. Candidates will be qualified to HND level or above in food science/manufacturing/production or engineering. Candidates must have supervisory experience within a food manufacturing or fmcg environment. Candidates will be required to work 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts.
