Job Purpose
- To increase the revenue of the business through the sale of membership to prospective members.
- To deal with existing members membership queries and administration.
- To provide cover and support for the Membership Supervisor.
- To gain awareness of the facilities to assist with the sale of memberships and to generate leads.
Person Specification
The position of Membership Consultant at Total Fitness is a critical one to the existence of the business. The Membership Consultant has the responsibility of dealing with prospective and existing members on a daily basis to ensure the continuing growth of the membership at each Club.
A Membership Consultant must make themselves aware of all the day-to-day issues that relate to the smooth operation of the Club to enable them to provide prospective and existing members with the correct information about the Club and details of any promotions that are running.
The ideal candidate must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of enthusiasm and commitment. They will bedynamic, adaptable and able to communicate effectively at all levels. A sales background is desirable.
