Key Responsibilities
ØEnsurethat machine safety protections are in place and in good working order.
ØCarryout planned maintenance inspections and routines on production machinery sothat the machine reaches the set and required production targets.
ØAttendto line breakdowns and machine repairs / improvements.
ØCarryout size changeovers
ØCollectdowntime data and feed back
ØMeetwith Engineering Supervisors and Manager to review performance.
Qualifications required
ONC or BETEC in mechanical engineering.
Experience in liquid filling desirable but not essential.
Electrician
A reliable time serviced electrician is required to work aspart of an engineering team on fact moving consumer goods machines.
Should be able to work as part of a team, be able to identifyand solve problems and work accurately to fixed time scales.
