Our client, a leading law firm is currently seeking a Resourcing Manager to work in their Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities;
·Work with the Senior HR Manager and practice heads in providing analysis of headcount information to identify resourcing requirements and strategy and work with the Recruitment Assistant, partners and managers to review and/or create role specifications for new and existing positions.
·Recruit high calibre candidates in line with required skills and criteria identified on a regional basis. Provide regular updates and communication about resourcing issues i.e discussing approaches, market conditions and designing selection processes
·Ensure best practice methods are consistently followed, i.e. documentation (requisitions, interview notes), references and visa requirements.
·Consider sponsorship proposals (i.e. universities and law schools)
·Work closely with the graduate recruitment team in London
·Manage all staff movements, i.e. new joiners, leavers, transfers with the support of the HR Administrator.
The ideal candidate would be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with previous legal recruitment experience.
