You will be guided through two stages of learning and development where you'll cover all elements of business development and financial planning. This will lead you to become a fully qualified Financial Advisor, upon which you'll be able to provide customer focused financial advice through an agreed sales management process, maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and successfully implement action plans to achieve sales growth targets.

You'll have already achieved FPC 1, CeFA 1 or CeMAP and have a proven track record in sales. The flexibility to travel is also important, as you may have to move across a variety of branches in the region during the course of your training.
