Management Accounts Supervisor
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000
Location: Bristol
This is a great opportunity for a Management Accountant to become part of an expending and developing consultancy environment based in their Bristol Head Office. This role is ideally suited to a Management Accountant who would like more diversity and variety in their work then is offered in a standard Management Accounting position.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients and approximately 5 management accountants with the respective teams
Ensure accuracy and quality of service delivered to clients
Assist with service function for the clients
Cash Management, Payroll and reporting, Monthly reporting and Accounts
Conference calls and meetings with local and international clients
Ensure all work is timetabled and controlled to ensure timely delivery within prescribed deadlines
Quarterly review of management accounts on a rolling basis
To ensure compliance with SAS70 procedures
Ensure open communication channels with team members through individual meetings and involvement within the team structure
Assist with internal audit programs to ensure management account operate effectively and with technical quality and competence
Skills
ACCA/CIMA part Qualified or Finalist or equivalent
Previous experience in a management Accounts role preferred
Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
Supervisory experience
