A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Computacenter, Birmingham for a First Line Analyst. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service by understanding users IT and business needs and provide centralised advice and support to customers in line with contractual arrangements.

Responsibilities:

·Develop and maintain rapport with end users by displaying a detailed understanding of their ITenvironment and business issues.

·Fully understand the service Computacenter has been engaged to deliver in line with contractualarrangements

·Provide a single point of contact for end users support using all contact mediums

·Establish and maintain high levels of incident ownership through incident lifecycle to a satisfactoryconclusion.

·Establish a quality working relationship with end users

·Develop and maintain communication skills appropriate to the environment

·Analyse the nature of queries and customer problems and provide suitable solutions withinsatisfactory timescales

·Understand and operate the escalations procedures

·Meet personal and Team productivity and quality targets in line with Service Support Centre

·Provide cover or deputise for other analysts in their absence either within the same team or across

Skills Required:

·Good communication skills

·Proven Customer service Skills

·Positive, enthusiastic and supportive individual

·Ability to take ownership of and progress incidents to resolution

·Ability to work in a team and to support team members

Skills Desired:

·Good knowledge of IT platforms and applications

·Industry recognised qualification in relevant area

Education and Qualifications:

·Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English or equivalent.
