Job Description A position is available in Belfast with a successful UK based IT Healthcare company.
This role is providing technical support to customers, using advanced monitoring and administration tools.
Recruitment for this role is due to the expansion of their UK Support/Helpdesk team for PACS, RIS and Mammography products.
You would be based in the HO, however you will be required to travel to the companies clients who are based in Uk and Ireland, mainly London.
Part of the role is working with the development team to help build and install systems hardware on customer sites.
My Client will only consider applicants who meet the criteria:
Educated to degree level.
Experienced with Unix and Windows, including basic server setup and operational support.
Customer focused.
Flexible to travel around and work the hours this can involve.
ITIL awareness
Knowledge / experience of healthcare systems (RIS/PACS)
Technical support experience
