The role involves working in shift patterns making outbound calls tocustomers that have fallen into arrears on their repayments. Successfulcandidates will liaise with previous customers regarding their accountsand ensure the collection of all outstanding monies via direct debt,credit cards, cash payments and BACS. The role will also involveinvestigating accounts were disputes have been raised and resolvingthese issues to secure payment.
