RoleYour role as a District Manager Designate and Trainee Area Manager will be field based so a full driving license is essential. You must be flexible and willing to relocate anywhere in the UK. The position could also require the candidate working 6 days a week.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and ensuring your district delivers the appropriate levels of accuracy, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Required BackgroundYou will need to be a strong leader in performance management and have experience in managing large teams. Ideally you will come from a retail or leisure/ hospitality background with knowledge of stocktaking and merchandising. You must be able to demonstrate key skills e.g. driving sales and achieving financial targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong store manager or area manager to learn new skills in this company of expansion. As a successful candidate you will receive a company pension, private health care plus for District Manager Designates there is a car after completing your initial training.
Package£25,000 for District Manager
£18,000 for Trainee Area Manager
Location – Training for the positions will be for 3-6 months and will be held in Leamington Spa.
