A Service Manager / Project Manager is required to lead our Local Authority client’s change initiative within their Adults and Older Peoples Services Department.Part of the Authority’s broader Self Directed support programme the Authority requires hands on leader able to effectively manage the delivery of care within the community.Excellent communication skills and a person-centric approach to the delivery of care will be required as you’ll be responsible for developing joint working with the surrounding PCTs, NHS Trusts and other Health organisations.
Using your in depth understanding of the pressing issues facing Adults and Older Peoples Services Department and proven experience managing carers and practitioners throughout the Department you’ll be able to enter into the organisation, provide leadership and deliver quality and cost effective care within the community.
