Job Summary
My client, a global consultancy has exceptional opportunities for ambitious and talented structural engineers to work on high-profile international and UK projects within their Oxford office.
Significant increase in workload will provide the opportunity for unique experience and advancement within the organisation.
Focusing on high end Structural work, the candidate will relish working on creative and challenging set projects.
Requirements
·Qualified to degree level in Structural or Civil Engineering and working towards becoming Chartered within these institutions.
·Good experience of Structural Engineering, including design, structural surveys and preferably some site supervision.
· Good communication skills, both written and oral.
· Have the ability to work within budget, to control costs and manage change control.
Responsibilities
·Managing multiple structural projects or parts of larger projects to completion within budget.
·Liaise effectively with other professionals (architects, building services engineers etc) in delivering designs to satisfy the agreed brief.
·Supervise and direct the work of graduate engineers and technicians.
·Effectively manage own time across multiple projects.
·Develop ongoing relationships with other professionals.
