Martin & Co are looking for a well organised, dynamic and pro-active individual to join their already successful team as a Property Manager.
You will be a good communicator and be able to effectively manage a portfolio of managed properties. Ideally you will have experience as a Property Manager, you will need to be competent in IT, work well within a busy team, have an excellent telephone manner and have your own car. Knowledge of property management software, such as CFP is highly advantageous.
You will be required to:
·Prioritise workload
·Perform management visits
·Deal with general maintenance issues
·Organise the check in / check out procedure
·Notify utility companies of change of occupants
·Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
·Deal with complaints from landlords and tenants
·Keep the property management system updated
·Liaise with front of office staff to ensure smooth move in / move out process
·Negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out and liaise with landlords
·Manage the property diary system to ensure all reminders are completed on time
