Our client, a commercially driven business services organisation, is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to work in partnership with senior business leaders and to join this fast paced organisation on an interim basis due to volume of work.

This is not a standard HR generalist position; we need that unique individual that has the true business partner experience with commercial focus.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of business acumen and a sound understanding of all aspects of HR both operational and transformation.
The ideal candidate will possess high energy, good communication/influencing skills and able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a high volume, fast paced environment.

HR professional with CIPD qualification or part qualified preferred.
Change management and process improvement experience
Strong project management skills and evidence of delivering solutions
Experience of similar background ideally in a Customer Services or high volume environment

Strong relationship building skills and diplomacy
