Business Development Executive / Recruitment Consultant required to build new division - based in Leeds - C£25k + commission Business Development Executive / Recruitment Consultant required for successful recruitment company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will initially be responsible for generating your own clients and revenue stream however, it is anticipated that over time, you will be responsible for your own division/branch. You should possess a good track record in recruitment - ideally a minimum of 12 months as a Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Executive. You must possess tenacity, resilience, drive, enthusiasm and be highly motivated to succeed. You will have the ability to build new client relationships and rapport at all levels both over the telephone and face to face, therefore a full UK driving license will be required.
