This “magic circle” off-shore firm is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to join its busy corporate team. Candidates should have solid mainstream Corporate/Commercial experience from a recognised practice and have excellent academics. They must also be confident of working independently, both within and across teams, keen to be involved in practice development, and be committed to moving to the Cayman Islands.
You will be advising investment banks, blue chip corporations, private equity houses and investment managers in relation to the structuring, establishment and financing of open-and closed-ended funds and in respect of highly bespoke structured finance transactions. The successful candidate will have significant experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and corporate reorganisations.
