This leading firm in the Channel Islands is looking to recruit an experienced trust lawyer to join its expanding 3 partner team. They deal with a varied client base, including a large number of high net worth individuals and blue chip companies. The workload will consist of a mix of high net worth private client trusts through to institutional pensions, employee benefit and ESOP – related trusts.
Candidates must be commonwealth qualified and would ideally have between 3-7 years PQE from a recognized city or regional firm. Strong academics and client facing skills are essential and some exposure to off-shore trusts would obviously be beneficial.
