Online Marketing Exec (CRM)- to 35K- Client side- Leading travel portal-
London

The Role
· Translation of customer insights into effective contact and retention
strategy to deliver relevant, inspiring communications which profitability
drive sales and engender loyalty
· Briefing creative teams on email and direct mail requirements
· Quality control and link checking
· Working closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure that
CRM communications reflect the merchandising strategy, meet brand guidelines
and compliment online and above-the-line communications Working with the Head
of Customer Marketing, implement a test-learn-refine strategy to all Customer
marketing channels and programmes, to include testing new channels such as
direct mail and sales promotions
· Work with the Head of Customer Marketing and Customer analyst to effectively
report and analyse all Customer Marketing activity:
Your Profile
· Experience in a CRM or direct marketing role
· Good knowledge of direct marketing, including email marketing, target
marketing, customer segmentation
· Experience of copywriting
· Experience working with outside vendors such as direct marketing agencies
and third party providers - such as writing briefs.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint.
