General Manager, Crash Repair, Car Bodyshop, Lincoln

We are currently seeking to recruit a General Manager to run one of our busy bodyshops.Reporting to the Territory Manager, the successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility for the site, ensuring that resources and facilities are aligned to deliver profitable performance, growth and outstanding customer service. About you: Detailed knowledge of the accident repair industry and previous experience of running a successful bodyshop are essential.You will possess excellent people management skills and demonstrate the ability to engage possitively with customers. A strong team leader, IT literate and able to successfully deliver sustained, profitable growth, you will relish the challenge of taking on a key role with the industry leader.
