A fully chartered Architectural Technician is required for a minimum 6 month project working in the Educational sector. With a project value of £8M, you will have previous experience on such a project. Working within a design consultancy, you will be technically astute with an impressive track record. Sound UK Building Regulations a must, we require a technician to come on board and push the project on. There will be some project management aspects, experience would be advantageous. Regular site visits and surveys will also be part of your duties. There are a few junior members in the team who you will be expected to guide at times and pass on advice and knowledge. In return, you can expect excellent rates, a minimum 6 month contract (may increase to 18) and the opportunity to work within a vibrant office.
