The key responsibility of the Technical Account Manager is to deliver proactive monitoring, maintenance and up keep of the infrastructure. Provide a uniformed professional service to the business, co-ordinating the communication chain between all end users and third party support functions.
Specific Responsibilities
Proactively monitoring and maintaining of Bibby Network.
Accurately manage, monitor and measure all I.T related activity for trend analysis and management reporting purposes.
Provide day to day running and up keep of Bibby servers
Liaise and handhold with all relevant third parties.
Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are achieved.
Provide monthly server reports with recommendations to also include UPS checks on a quarterly basis.
Provide weekly backup reports.
Team escalation point.
Point of escalation for Bibby’s own I.T team.
Communication between Bibby I.T and user base.
