Assistant Manager - Ernest Jones

THE ROLE

This role is primarily about assisting the Store Manager in maximising your stores sales and profit potential. As well as assisting in the management of resources and activities you will be jointly responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable team who will provide excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Management or supervisory experience in a highly customer focused environment
• Ability to plan and organise store activities and to interpret basic business data
• The ability to conduct staff training and briefing sessions
• A desire to learn and develop; as you will take part in structured development programmes including externally accredited assessments.
