CFP Trainer
Martin & Co are looking for a CFP Trainer to service our network of 157 lettings offices.You will have a vast amount of “hands on” experience in working with CFPWinman.You must be a confident individual with excellent training and coaching skills and you must be willing to travel extensively around the UK. Experience of writing training manual and developing training material would be very advantageous. The position is “home based” but you will need to attend meetings at our Head Office in Bournemouth.The ideal candidate will be either an experienced Property Manager, Lettings Manager or Area Lettings Manager.
You will be required to:
-Train new franchisees and their staff on CFPWinman
-Liaise with experienced staff to further utilise the benefits of CFPWinman
-Offer telephone support to offices on CFPWinman queries
-Help to develop Martin & Co “best practices” in respect of CFPWinman
-Provide “hot tips” on CFPWinman use for the weekly newsletters
