Employment Office (EO) has operated Australia-wide for the past nine years and has now formed a Joint Venture, for global expansion, with Flight Centre!

We are not a traditional ’employment agency’ - we are a Recruitment Solutions organisation that is expert in effective recruitment processes and recruitment marketing strategies. Our key strength lies in the development of unique and effective attraction strategies, deployed via cross-media marketing campaigns, to assist client organisations in finding the best possible candidates.

We are seeking a Sales and Account Executive Leader, ideally with business development experience, for our New Malden office.

The role is full-time, from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Remuneration consists of packages tailored to suit each candidate, including base and bonus mixes, or commission only with £40,000 + OTE!

Our offices are modern and attractive, and provide an ideal environment for our dynamic business development teams. The role of an EO Sales & Account Executive is extremely varied and interesting. We have a close-knit team of professionals who enjoy each other’s company as well as their interaction with clients from a wide variety of sectors and industries.
