A contract role initially over 3 months, supporting a media team, creating informative and relevant information for a diverse range of audiences.
You will be involved in the development and production of stories, press releases and features, working with a range of source material from within the organisation and using external sources.
Part of the role would be to research information that could be used to create relevant and informative material that the media team can distribute and sell-in the publications.
Your background could be in-house, agency or publishing. Your skills should cross copy writing, editing and research, and you should appreciate what makes an interesting and well constructed press release.
If you have any knowledge of the public sector and / or working with academic orn technical subjects this could be advantageous.
